Customer experience…

Well I don’t come into Downtown Hamilton often but the other night my son had his high school graduation at the Concert Hall. While driving through the downtown core with my husband and my younger child (13) we witnessed crackheads and fent users as well as a gentleman crashed out on the steps up to a Shoppers Drug Mart. Cracked out to the point I literally thought he was dead. And he may have been. And my 13 yo saw it too. Both of us sick to our stomach’s. We found parking at McMaster parking lot right next to the venue, and as we walked through the pathway we crossed paths with a man and woman sitting on the steps. The man was lighting up a crack pipe and the woman looked like she had had a few hits already. There was a paramedic standing on the corner with some guy that insisted he needed an ambulance but he in NO way looked like he needed one. The paramedic was supposed to be in the venue incase needed. But instead, another messed up human took that away. Why should anyone let alone children need to see this crap. It’s absolutely disgusting what the Federal, provincial and the municipal governments have created.

So you want to know how to “shape Hamiltons customer experience” get these poor people jobs and housing. Get them help!!!! Get them off the public streets. Get a hold on the corruption within our governments. Im so sick and tired of paying taxes for this. Our roads are a mess, our hospitals are full of junkies and immigrants using it for an ear ache, our schools are a joke. What else??? I hope my storey of my experience in downtown Hamilton can help you. It blows my mind that people work around there and just turn a blind eye. What have we become. I’m so angry.
