Ensure RFP, RFQ and Procurement for LRT is clear and upfront to avoid confusion over responsibilities and deliverables

The City should work with Metrolinx to take lessons from the Eglinton and Finch LRTs to avoid making those same mistakes and strive to emulate the success of the Waterloo-Kitchener LRT

In order for my budget engagement I require a complete Organizational Chart showing all positions including part time and contractors.

Without this organizational chart how can you expect me to question tax allocations and make suggestions? Please advise asap on who to contact. Thanks

Lumping it in with emergency services is also misleading, because the fire and paramedic budgets are a different thing than policing. I think this tool makes it difficult to advocate for a smaller police budget, which is relevant because the policing budget is larger than anything else in the entire budget.
