    Strength of Spirit

    Strength of Spirit

    to me PRIDE symbolizes the strength of spirit, of not only the LGTBQ2SI community, but of all of those who move toward change, resist discrimination, and fight for a better future for all, the greatest good for the greatest number. PRIDE began as a protest, like so many other fundamental movements. As we celebrate accomplishments, let us remember there is more work to be done.

    Hamilton is home to many waterfalls. Illuminating our waterfalls in recognition of Pride would be celebratory, beautiful, and nice opportunity to connect with nature.
