Hamilton Mountain Community Meeting
Join City staff and area City Councillors Tom Jackson (Ward 6), Esther Pauls (Ward 7), John-Paul Danko (Ward 8), Brad Clark (Ward 9), Mark Tadeson (Ward 11) and Mike Spadafora (Ward 14) to discuss the City's proposed Encampment Protocol.
Date: Monday, June 19 from 7 - 9pm
Location: Hill Park Learning Centre (Formerly Hill Park Secondary School), 465 East 16th St.
Child minding for children ages 12 and under will be available on a first come, first served basis. Meetings will be livestreamed on the City's Youtube channel(External link).
Downtown Hamilton Community Meeting
Join City staff and area City Councillors Maureen Wilson (Ward 1), Cameron Kroetsch (Ward 2), Nrinder Nann (Ward 3), Tammy Hwang (Ward 4) and Alex Wilson (Ward 13) to discuss the City's proposed Encampment Protocol.
Date: Tuesday, June 27 from 7-9pm
New Location: Hamilton Convention Centre, 1 Summers Lane
- Child minding for children ages 12 and under will be available on a first come, first served basis.
- Light refreshments will be provided
There will be a high volume of vehicle and pedestrian traffic this evening due to the community meeting and a graduation ceremony at FirstOntario Concert Hall.
We encourage residents to, if at all possible, take public transportation to get to the meeting tonight, and bus tickets will also be available at the meeting if attendees would like to take transit home. For those whom public transit is not an option this evening, parking options are available in the area, including City Hall, the underground parking at The Sheraton and Jackson Square and the surface lot at MacNab and Hunter.
As a reminder, residents who prefer to stay home this evening can watch the meeting via livestream on the City's YouTube channel(External link), on Cable14Now.com(External link) or watch live on TV on Cable 14 beginning at 6:30 pm.
The opportunity to engage online via Engage.Hamilton.ca will be available until this Friday (June 30).

Members of the public are advised that this Encampment Protocol Information Meeting and Consultation is being webcast live by the City of Hamilton. This webcast will be temporarily archived on the City's YouTube channel and removed after this meeting. Other individuals and the media may also be audibly and/or visually recording this meeting.
We ask that all electronic devices be switched to a non-audible function during the meetings.

Location: Harry Howell Arena Community Room, 27 Hwy 5 West, Flamborough
Seating capacity is 110 people. Seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
