Interest Holder and Technical Staff Workshops
Consult with key interest holders such as religious/cultural groups and local bereavement industry providers to discuss current services and future needs. Consult with City staff regarding the business and operation of cemeteries to identify what is working well and what needs improvement.
Public Pop-Up Event #1 (with Naval Disasters Tour)
A interactive display station that will provide information about the project, allow participants to provide feedback to inform the future of Hamilton Cemetery sites, identify community needs, and provide feedback on service delivery. Staff will be available to speak with participants from 9am to 12pm. Hosted in coordination with the Naval Disasters Tour (10:00am to 11:am)
Interactive Public Pop-Up Event #2 (with Doors Open )
An interactive display station that will provide information about key findings and preliminary recommendations, and look to connect feedback to inform final recommendations. The Pop-Up will be held in conjunction with Doors Open from 10am to 2pm
