Consultation has concluded

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requires transportation service providers to hold at least one public meeting each year. At the HSR, we take advantage of these yearly opportunities to learn from our customers about what is important to them, and to tell our customers how we are improving accessibility across the system, both on Accessible Transportation Services (ATS/ DARTS) and conventional HSR service.

In the past, this meeting has been held in-person. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this is the second year our meeting will be done virtually.

We are looking for your feedback and questions via the link to our survey until December 22, 2021;

  • by phone at 905-521-1212;
  • by email to ats@hamilton.ca;
  • by mail to 2200 Upper James St., PO Box 340, Mount Hope, Ontario, L0R 1W0. To access a hard copy of the survey, please call or email ATS.

We will review all customer comments and questions to address key issues and questions in our virtual meeting. But we won’t stop there. We will gather all the feedback we receive and use it to inform both our accessibility plans and our day-to-day operations. By participating on the Engage Hamilton platform, you will help us learn the best way to keep using this tool to help you reach out to us, even when we are able to gather in person again.
