The Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) provides the first component of the required municipal assessment report, containing an analysis of existing and projected housing supply and affordability, demographic trends, and resulting housing needs across the City. 

Addendum Letter - Potential IZ Regulation Changes and Impacts

An addendum letter was completed by SHS Consulting to assess the impact of potential future regulations proposed by the Province on Environmental Registry of Ontario (ERO). At the date of this posting To date the proposed regulation changes have not been implemented.
