Located at the corner of Burton St and Douglas Ave(External link) in Ward 3, Keith Park is a walkable neighbourhood park, supporting the recreational needs of the Keith Neighbourhood. Situated in a diverse neighbourhood with nearby employment lands, community gardens and residential homes, this corner park offers a welcome local place to rest or play. In this park you can find, seating, pathways, play equipment with rubber surfacing. Part of this project funding will include a new drinking fountain with a bottle filler and dog bowl, to be installed in 2021.
In April of 2021, the City will offer an electronic survey to the public as an opportunity to gain insight into the features that the community would like to have included in the playground design. We encourage all members of the community, regardless of age, to participate and have their say in what the future Keith Park playground will look like!
