The Hamilton Paramedic Service is seeking input from Hamilton residents about the services we provide. Whether you have used paramedic services before or are just aware of them, we want to hear from you.

Your feedback will help us better understand what is important to you and how satisfied you are with the programs and services we deliver.

Two ways to participate in the survey

Online survey
The survey is available below to all Hamilton residents until March 31.

Telephone survey
We have partnered with Forum Research to administer this survey by telephone. Forum Research will call a random sample of Hamilton residents in each ward to complete the survey over the phone. Residents who receive calls are encouraged to share their feedback.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and results will only be reported in aggregate form that do not identify individuals.
