Present program details to impacted partners and advisory groups (e.g. Tenant Support Program partners, Hamilton is Home Coalition, Housing and Homelessness Action Plan Group)

Safe Apartments staff attend community events, meetings, etc. to speak  with residents and building tenants. Focus on locations with high numbers of apartment buildings.

Focus group sessions with tenants and landlords to share survey results and collect feedback to further refine evaluation criteria and weighting.
