In June 2024, Council supported a motion to direct funding for the provision of accessible portable toilets to support parks in need of such facilities in Ward 2. A need was identified if there was an amenity such as a spray pad or play structure that would extend the normal length of visit to a park, or if there was a general deficiency of public washroom locations in the vicinity of a park such as Library, Community Centre or Arena.
We're seeking feedback on the impact of these temporary park washroom additions on the community's park experience.
Complete the survey and/or comment on the map to share your feedback to contribute to future park washroom program planning.
