Hayward Park - Play Your Way Playground Replacement

Situated at the corner of Rosslyn Avenue North and Dalkeith Avenue, Hayward Park serves the community as a key recreational space. At approximately 0.6 hectares in size, the park offers a modestly sized natural space and features a playground structure, swings, benches, water-drinking fountain and an open play space. Given its location in the well-established Crown Point West Neighbourhood, the park is a great place to connect in the community.

The existing playground structure at this park has reached its end-of-life and is scheduled for replacement in 2022. In April of 2021, the City will offer an electronic survey to the public as an opportunity to gain insight into the features that the community would like to have included in the playground design. We encourage all members of the community, regardless of age, to participate and have their say in what the future Hayward Park playground will look like!
