Will a sanitary sewer be installed to support development?
The design of additional sanitary sewers to the corridor is being undertaken as part of a separate project. In order to reduce impacts to the public, the construction of the road works will include the construction of the sanitary sewers.
What happens to my property if I sell a portion of the front yard, but not the entire right of way width required for the possible long term recommended solution?
i.e. if you sell your house to a developer who decides to redevelop the property, the additional right of way space required for the long term recommended solution will be required to be dedicated to the City for implementation of the wider roadway design
