Notice of Collection: The City of Hamilton collects information under authority of Sections 10 and 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected for The Airport Employment Growth District (AEGD) East-West Arterial Road Network (Ancaster) Environmental Assessment Study. Any personal information collected is to inform the project team about issues within the study area that they may or may not already be aware of, and to guide the development of design solutions that address those concerns.
