Notice of Collection: The City of Hamilton collects information under authority of Sections 10 and 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected for the Binbrook Road/ Trinity Church Road/ White Church Road Intersection Improvements Environmental Assessment will be used to enable communication with residents to respond to their inquiries regarding the project and to provide them with notices as required under the Environmental Assessment Process.
