Notice of Collection
The City of Hamilton collects information under the authority of Sections 10 and 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected for the provided Engage Hamilton: Chedoke Golf Course Review survey is being collected to help inform the study of the long-term role, public value, and potential future use of the municipally owned Chedoke Golf Course lands, including future master planning and capital investment decisions. Please be advised that personal information collected through the engagement process will be shared with the City’s consultant for the purposes of background analysis and report development.
