This questionnaire only pertains to financial incentive programs provided under the Revitalizing Hamilton’s Commercial Districts CIP and is not intended to apply to any other financial incentive programs available from the City of Hamilton including those under the ‘ERASE’ Community Improvement Plan.

Notice of Collection
The City of Hamilton collects information under the authority of Section 28 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13. Any personal information collected for the Community Improvement Plan will help the City understand priorities to be considered in the City’s community improvement plans.
