CRC - Community Survey

The results of this survey will be used for the purposes of prioritizing Community Recreation Centre (CRC) design and development needs and priorities for new and existing Recreation facilities and will be used along with other inputs to develop recommendations that will be considered by the City of Hamilton.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and if you decide not to participate, you may withdraw from this survey at any time. All individual responses will be kept confidential and will be reproduced in summary form only. This survey is intended for Hamilton residents aged 16 years and older. Please only complete one survey per household. The survey will be available until May 30, 2025, and should take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete.

Notice of Collection

The City of Hamilton collects information under authority of Section 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected by the Recreation Master Plan project and/or surveys will be used to assist with recreation planning and information purposes. By providing your email address, you are consenting to receiving emails and/or phone calls from the City of Hamilton and/or their agents/contractors for to provide further feedback related to the Recreation Master Plan. Information collected for this initiative may be stored on servers located in Canada and the United States and may be subject to Canadian and/or American laws.
