General Public Survey

This survey allows for residents to provide input about the taxicab industry and help inform future regulation of these services.

Notice of Collection: The City of Hamilton collects information under the authority of Sections 155, 156, and 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected for this taxicab survey will be used for the development and implementation of by-laws and other regulations that meet the current and future needs of residents and stakeholders in the City of Hamilton. Information collected for this initiative will be stored on servers located in Canada and subject to Canadian laws.
