Notice of Collection: The City of Hamilton collects information under authority of Sections 10 and 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected for Road Classification and Right-of-way Review Study and will be used by The City of Hamilton for collecting feedback on roadway design, classification categories, and right-of-way (ROW) dedications to help shape final Study recommendations and proposed Official Plan Amendments that will be presented to City of Hamilton’s Council.
