Recreation & HSR Transit User Fee Survey

The City of Hamilton is developing a user fee framework to inform pricing of Recreation and HSR services and seeking input and comments from residents. Your input will help us understand how residents use these services and inform decisions about future fee structures and assistance programs.

• Responses will remain anonymous and will be reported only in aggregate.
• Alternative accessible versions of the survey are available upon request.

Notice of Collection
The City of Hamilton collects information under the authority of Sections 10 and 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected for the Hamilton User Fee Review Survey will help the City understand residents’ priorities to be considered in the City’s user fee framework.
